We provide hospitals with Infectious Disease Consultations. We utilize the technology of telemedicine and high definition cameras to see patients in the hospital. We create a detailed plan for each patient. Our goal is to decrease each hospital’s readmissions, the overuse of antibiotics, and to decrease hospital transfers.

When patients are discharged from a hospital, they will need to follow up with the specialist that treated them in the hospital. We can provide hospital follow-ups in selected cases once patients are discharged. This service is dependent on each individual's insurance plan.

In the nursing home setting, we are able to coordinate with the facilities to provide Infectious Disease services to patients in need. We understand the difficulties of transporting patients to doctor’s appointments, especially in rural communities where the nearest specialist is far away. We want to eliminate that hurdle.

We develop antimicrobial stewardship plans to help your facility be more compliant with CMS guidelines and to decrease overuse of antibiotics. We follow the most up-to-date recommendations and protocols which are set up by the Joint Commission, CDC, and Infectious Disease Society of America.

We provide telemedicine services to rural Health Departments that are in need of an Infectious Diseases physician. Our goal is to help treat, develop a plan of care for those affected by HIV and TB. We help provide these services to decrease the spread TB and HIV and to also help communities have access to care and treatment.
